Q46. What happens to unsold items?
They go into a re-lotting queue. We typically rerun them in future shows unless you request a return.
Q47. Can I request everything back after one show?
Yes, but it may not be in your best interest. Re-running often gets better results. Returns are shipped at your expense.
Q48. What if I consign with you multiple times?
Each PO, Work Order, and Invoice is tracked separately but linked to your master account. We manage the complexity so you don’t have to.
Q49. Can I send new items weekly?
Yes. We have many “power consignors” who send weekly or biweekly. We love long-term relationships and reward consistency with faster processing.
Q50. What if I move or change banks mid-process?
Log in and update your info, or contact support. We’ll freeze payouts if anything looks off to protect your funds.
