Yes. You agree to our Consignment Agreement when you create an account. It covers fees, timelines, rights, and dispute resolution.
Q22. What if I change my mind?
Before the show, no problem—we’ll pull your inventory. After the show, sales are final. We pay you fast, and our buyers expect the same.
Q23. What if I want items back?
We can return unsold items at your cost, or we can re-list them for another show. Returns usually ship within 5 business days.
Q24. Are there tax implications?
Yes. We report payouts as required by law. You’ll receive appropriate tax documents if you exceed reporting thresholds.
