About the Role

Job Summary

The Admin & Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for every consignment entering Lotstream. You’ll create Purchase Orders, help process inbound shipments and drop-offs, manage client documentation, and ensure every item is logged and accounted for. This is an ideal role for someone organized, dependable, and detail-focused.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet in-person drop-offs and guide clients through intake

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in our system

  • Review incoming shipments on camera and confirm documentation

  • Match items to consignor records; generate Inventory Receipts (IRs)

  • Work closely with Admin, Inventory, and Streaming teams to maintain chain of custody

  • Handle email and phone correspondence with consignors needing help, forms, or clarification

  • Support the Client Success and Fulfillment teams with intake-related questions or corrections


Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent organizational and admin skills

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic inventory software, and client-facing tools

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Bonus: Background in collectibles, warehouse intake, auction houses, or inventory control
