  • Consignor onboarding confirmations and instructions

  • Inventory and payment notifications

We do not use SMS messaging for unsolicited marketing purposes without your prior consent.

When you opt in to receive text messages, we may collect the following information:

This information is used solely to deliver the services requested and improve your Lotstream experience.

a. Third Parties That Help Provide the Messaging Service

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign.
We may share your Personal Data with third-party service providers who help us deliver our SMS services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone carriers, and vendors who assist with message delivery.

b. Affiliates

We may disclose your Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries, but only as necessary to provide our SMS messaging services. In such cases, our affiliates are bound by this Policy and must handle your data in compliance with these same rules.

 

Important: All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

4. Opting Out of SMS Messages

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Lotstream at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us.

 

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Lotstream takes reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to safeguard your Personal Data and ensure the security of your SMS communications.
