About the Role

Job Summary

At Lotstream, the Hugger’s job is simple: make consignors feel cared for. You’re the friendly follow-up after inventory arrives. You’ll help new clients understand the process, answer questions, and celebrate their first payouts. Think: trusted concierge meets auction translator.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new consignors with warmth and clarity

  • Monitor each consignor's journey through our system

  • Proactively communicate about missing info, stream schedules, or payouts

  • Be their point of contact for concerns, updates, and account changes

  • Represent Lotstream’s values: fast, fair, and transparent


Ideal Candidate

  • Warm, empathetic, and patient communicator

  • Strong written and phone communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with good admin hygiene

  • Prior customer success, sales, or onboarding experience a plus

  • Bonus: Background in collectibles, estate sales, or Whatnot community
