Job Summary
At Lotstream, the Hugger’s job is simple: make consignors feel cared for. You’re the friendly follow-up after inventory arrives. You’ll help new clients understand the process, answer questions, and celebrate their first payouts. Think: trusted concierge meets auction translator.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new consignors with warmth and clarity
Monitor each consignor's journey through our system
Proactively communicate about missing info, stream schedules, or payouts
Be their point of contact for concerns, updates, and account changes
Represent Lotstream’s values: fast, fair, and transparent
Ideal Candidate
Warm, empathetic, and patient communicator
Strong written and phone communication skills
Detail-oriented with good admin hygiene
Prior customer success, sales, or onboarding experience a plus
Bonus: Background in collectibles, estate sales, or Whatnot community
