About the Role
Job Summary
Lotstream runs on tech—custom dashboards, inventory tracking, shipping integrations, Whatnot APIs, and internal workflows. As an IT & Systems Support Specialist, you’ll keep the warehouse running smoothly, assist staff with hardware/software, and help roll out improvements to our custom consignment platform. You’ll be our internal bridge between daily operations and the backend systems powering it.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot workstations, Wi-Fi, printing, and basic networking issues
Support the intake and streaming teams with system access, password resets, data issues, etc.
Assist with Google Workspace, Whatnot integrations, and CRM syncing
Coordinate with external developers on feature testing and error reports
Monitor system uptime, reporting errors or outages as needed
Support onboarding of new hires with email setup, permissions, and equipment
Help maintain inventory of IT gear, microphones, cameras, and POS stations
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable with Windows/Mac setups, routers, mobile devices, and cloud tools
Familiar with basic IT ticketing or support systems
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure—especially during live events
Good communicator and team problem-solver
Bonus: Experience with Whatnot, Shopify, QuickBooks Online, or warehouse software
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
API familiarity or scripting
CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Experience at a startup or high-volume service business
