About the Role

Job Summary

At Lotstream, sales is about relationships, not hard closing. As a Sales Rep, you’ll build trust with coin shops, estate sellers, pawn owners, and collectors—then guide them into our consignment process. You’ll be assigned a territory and given the tools, CRM, training, and support to win.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential consignors in your assigned region

  • Build relationships with shop owners, small dealers, and collectors

  • Explain the Lotstream process clearly and professionally

  • Collect initial inventory info and assist with onboarding

  • Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

  • Attend trade shows, visit shops, and represent Lotstream in the field

  • Collaborate with the Client Success and Admin teams for smooth handoffs


Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly, confident communicator with strong people instincts

  • Experience in B2B sales, retail outreach, or fieldwork preferred

  • Interest in coins, collectibles, or auction culture is a major plus

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while hitting goals

  • Bonus: Trade show circuit experience, collector network, bilingual
