About the Role

Job Summary

Lotstream is fast, visual, and community-driven—and our social media should reflect that. As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you’ll craft posts, manage campaigns, and showcase the people, stories, and moments that make Lotstream tick. You’ll work across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook to grow reach, drive consignor interest, and keep our audience engaged.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Create short-form videos, Reels, and carousel graphics with internal tools or video apps

  • Highlight consignor stories, streamer energy, behind-the-scenes moments, and auction success

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align with campaign goals

  • Monitor analytics and suggest optimizations to grow following and engagement

  • Interact with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and cultivate trust in the Lotstream brand

  • Support blog post repurposing, trade show coverage, and occasional email content


Ideal Candidate

  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools

  • Comfort filming/editing content from a smartphone or warehouse floor

  • Knowledge of collectibles, auction communities, or Whatnot a major plus

  • Bonus: Past experience growing a social account from 0–10k+, or background in influencer or brand content
