Jack Rhiel is the founder of Lotstream, bringing more than 30 years of entrepreneurial leadership and operational experience to the company’s mission of transforming how consignors turn inventory into income.

From 1994 to 2023, Jack owned and operated Car Shop Solutions, managing national automotive franchise locations including Big O Tires, Firestone, and Goodyear. Over nearly three decades, he built a reputation for operational excellence, customer service, and scaling complex retail businesses.

In 2023, Jack shifted into the collectibles space as COO of a leading California-based coin retailer, where he helped drive explosive growth through live-stream consignment sales. This experience provided the blueprint for Lotstream — combining traditional expertise in retail operations with cutting-edge live-streaming platforms.

Beyond Lotstream, Jack has been an active leader in the entrepreneurial community for over two decades. He is a founding board member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) East Bay chapter, serving since 2004, where he has mentored business leaders and supported high-growth ventures across industries.
