TJ

TJ Van Voorhees is an accomplished finance executive and entrepreneurial leader, bringing deep financial, organizational, and leadership experience to Lotstream. As the current CEO of Pacific Crest Group, TJ has guided the firm’s financial strategy, operations, and growth, helping build financially disciplined and scalable businesses.

Beyond his work running Pacific Crest Group, TJ is deeply involved in the entrepreneurial community. He has served as chapter president three times for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), demonstrating consistent leadership and service. He is also a founding member of the EO East Bay chapter, contributing since its inception to the support and mentoring of local business leaders.

At Lotstream, TJ serves as Vice President of Finance. In this role he is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring rigorous financial controls so that Lotstream can scale responsibly and sustainably. His role also includes overseeing cash flow, fundraising strategy, and aligning financial operations with Lotstream’s mission of delivering transparency, reliability, and value to consignors and buyers alike.
